Order Processing Time

Hey there! We process all orders within 1-3 business days because we believe good things take a little time. We don't process orders on weekends or holidays because even we need a break! If we're swimming in orders, your shipment might be delayed a bit. We'll keep you in the loop via email if that happens.

Shipping Methods (US)

We use standard shipping to make sure your goodies get to you safely and timely. Delivery times may vary depending on where you're located, so hang tight!

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with USPS! Depending on where you are, your package might take a little extra time to arrive. Customs and local delivery can cause delays, but don’t worry—your Ivory Story goodies are on their way!

 

Returns Policy (US only)

We hope you're over the moon with your purchase! But if it's not love at first sight, no worries. You can return it for a full refund. Here's how:

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Shoot us an email at info@ivorystory.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you the deets on how to send it back.

2. Return Window: Make sure to postmark your return within 7 days of delivery. The clock's ticking!

3. Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds (US only)

Once we get your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Just a heads-up, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Exchanges (US only)

Since we drop new items every month, exchanges can be a bit tricky. If you need a different size or color, it's best to return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the one you want. We appreciate your understanding!.
